In Late April, Backy Capsi, Senior VP or Global Operations & Director General for JFNA Israel, placed a dedication sticker on a tractor in Nachal Oz that was donated with the support of Jewish Federation of Delaware’s Goldinger Trust. The tractor is already making a real difference on the ground, helping the farmers of Nachal Oz move forward after such challenging times.
